Update (Saturday 10am) November 10, 2012 JCP&L is asking that you call your outage in to 888-LIGHTSS (544-4877). They are in what they call the “mop-up” phase of repairs, and they need to know if your power is still out after the repairs that have been completed. We understand the frustration of calling repeatedly, but please do call – JCP&L may think that the repair they have already completed haves solved your problem and not be aware that you are still without power.
