Rec Winter Basketball

REC WINTER BASKETBALL BOYS ONLY:

After further review with the numbers from other towns we are confident in having a boys program with games against other towns. We are going to launch our program starting with a “skills and drills” on November 22nd at Canfield Avenue School the timing for each grade is below, any coaches looking to participate and coach this year please attend the time slot you are interested in coaching.

NOVEMBER 22ND, CANFIELD AVENUE SCHOOL

3/4 Boys: 6:00 PM to 7:00 PM

5/6 Boys: 7:00 PM to 8:00 PM

7/8 Boys: 8:00 PM to 9:00 PM

Please bring only water no soft drinks. Attire, if you have a jersey please wear it, athletic gear including sneakers. 

REC WINTER BASKETBALL GIRLS ONLY:

After further review and conversations with Dover and Rockaway all towns are having a low turnout with the girls teams for registrations. Both our league manager and I are doing everything we can to ensure we will have a good experience and a great program for the girls. We are still going to move forward with a program and we anticipate having more communication on what the program will be after the Thanksgiving break.
