Township Advisory 01/02/14 6:30PM January 2, 2014 Reminder: DO NOT park on ANY road during snow / ice events. The Police WILL issue a summons and you WILL be fined by the Municipal Court. We do not want anyone to be fined, but this is the law. Parking on roads during winter weather events is a hazard both to the DPW crews attempting to keep the roads clear and to emergency vehicles. Please also remember that sidewalks are to be completely shoveled within 24 hours of the conclusion of snowfall. The Governor has issued a State of Emergency due to the cold temperatures and potential for blowing / drifting snow. Please check on your neighbors and bring your animals in overnight.
