Voting in the Primary Election

All active Republicans and Democrats have received a Mail In Ballot for Tuesday’s Primary.  Unaffiliated Voters have also been given the opportunity to declare a party and Vote by Mail.  If you have not received a ballot and wish to vote by mail, please contact the Morris County Clerk’s Office as soon as possible at 973-285-6066.

To cast your Mail in Ballot, you can either mail the Ballot in the prepaid postage envelope provided, postmarked no later than July 7th, or place the Ballot in Vote by Mail Dropbox.  Dropbox location and security information is available here:
If you wish to vote in person, you can do so by visiting the consolidated polling location at the Civic Center.  The polls at the Civic Center will be open 6AM to 8PM on July 7th.  ALL voters will be required to vote by Provisional Ballot (exceptions made for ADA reasons – an accessible device will be provided).
For voting in person, masks are strongly encouraged but not required.  Social distancing, including following all instructions from Poll Works and/or Law Enforcement, IS required.  Hand sanitizer will be available, and all pens used to vote Provisional Ballots will be discarded after each voter.
