If your garbage or recycling has not been picked up by 4pm on the scheduled day, please contact Ms. Istvan as soon as possible via email at Assistant@MineHill.com or telephone at 973-366-9031 ext. 8 (after 4:30, leave a message including your address, telephone number, and what has been missed). Missed items need to be reported by 10am the following day for immediate corrective action to be taken by the contractor. After that time, it becomes much more difficult to have a crew come back to retrieve your items. Your anticipated cooperation is greatly appreciated.
It is the seller’s responsibility to schedule an inspection for Certificate of Habitability and Fire Safety (Smoke Detector Certification) prior to closing.
The form to schedule this inspection can be downloaded here. This form should be returned to the Construction Office with the applicable fee.
